Dazzle Direct: Professional Custom Teeth Whitening
We always go a long way to whiten our teeth for a brilliant smile. Agree? Let it be teeth whitening strips, toothpaste or even charcoal, we have used it all. But currently I am more excited about the new technology that is all over Instagram and that is Dazzle Direct’s Professional Custom Teeth Whitening. Why go an spend money on dentists when you can get your teeth white and shining at home!
The cost of Dazzle Direct kit is currently $150 USD (on sale). They have different kits for sensitive and non-sensitive teeth which is quite impressive. I did find it a little more expensive than the other similar products in the market. However, their custom mold makes up for the higher price to a certain extent.
Dazzle Direct is an at home teeth-whitening technology founded by Domenic G. Lombardi, Doctor of Dental Medicine. Unlike many other whitening kits you buy, this one is fairly different and follows a two-step process. When you order their custom kit, you will first get a box that will allow you to create the custom mold for your teeth and send it back to them. then in 2 to 7 days, Dazzle Direct will send you the custom trays based on your mold to use it for the teeth whitening process. this means your trays will be more comfortable than the bulky "one size fits all" rubber trays that come with the LED light.
Dazzle Direct's custom trays are handmade with care by dental professionals. They state to use only high quality which is actually used on in-office patients. Therefore, you are truly getting "in-office' quality whitening. As for the gel, they only use Phillips Zoom whitening gel which is one of the best in the market. This gel is the only professional whitening gel that is formulated with ACP( amorphous calcium phosphate), potassium nitrate and fluoride. this unique formula minimizes sensitivity while improving teeth whitening results for overall greater comfort and better results.
Now let's see in detail how it works.
Step 1
Once you order your teeth whitening kit, you will receive your first box in a few weeks. The box will contain 4 small containers and a mold tray. The containers come with white and blue putty. To create your mold, mix the white and blue putty together and knead them together for 30 seconds. Then split the putty into two parts and place it onto the tray to create your teeth mold. Once you have placed the putty on the top and bottom tray, bite together and wait for 2 minutes. You will feel the putty to get hard with time and it gets easy to get it out once you have waited for 2 minutes. Finally, out the impressions back in the box and send it back to them. Step 2
Once the first box is sent, it will take a few days for you to receive the second box. The second box comes with two custom trays for your top and bottom set of teeth along with the gel that whitens the teeth.
Before you start using the tray, wear it without the gel first to make sure it fits! One you feel comfortable wearing it, you can now start your process of getting your brilliant smile.
Place a small dot of whitening gel inside the tray on each tooth to be whitened. Then all you need to do is to wear them for 20 minutes for DayWhite gel and overnight for 2-4 hours for NiteWhite gel. There are so many Teeth Whitening devices that have currently flooded the Instagram. Some of which even comes with LED lights at the end. However, many articles discuss that the light has no added benefit, in fact, it might actually be harmful. This is one reason why I like Dazzle Direct even more.
Verdict
I love how easy the process is, especially because it only takes 20 minutes with the DayWhite gel! Make sure you keep using it frequently so that the gel can be more effective. Shout out to Dazzle Direct for providing me with their product for free to try and review. I am definitely buying again and ordering one for my hubby this weekend!
