Hey, lovelies! Today I will talk about a Canadian company that caught my attention big time. LOCAL BOOM is a Canadian company who believes in community-based shopping which supports local companies and entrepreneurs. Not only do they help the local companies boom, they donate to support the community too!

EPIC BLEND Epic Blend is a company that makes products for people who are wild, free and fun. They specialize in Lip-care, Body and Bath products with a variety of fragrance. Also, many of their products are Vegan-friendly which is, I am sure, a good news for many out there. I received three of their Canadian-made to try.
Epic Blend Salt Soak in Refresh, Relax, and Coconuts I received three different variety of bath soaks: Refresh with Bergamot and Grapefruit, Relax with Lavender and Sweet Orange and Coconut with Virgin Coconut Oil. Spoiler! I love them all. Each of the scents transferred me to a time I reminisce. All these salt soaks have two main ingredients: Epsom salt and Pacific sea salt. Epsom salt helps your tight muscles to relax and eases inflammation whereas Pacific sea salt helps calm and soothe your skin. What else can you ask for right? Well, there is more. The Bergamot and Grapefruit soak transferred me to the summer days when mum would buy me a fruity slush that was just so refreshing. Along with Epsom and Pacific sea salt, this soak contains Himalayan pink salt and Bergamot, Lemon, Grapefruit & Peppermint Essential Oils which refreshes your mind. Epic Blend Lavender Orange Body Oil Let me be honest, I love anything with rose or lavender in it. Sure you guess it right, I love this body oil! Before using this oil, I was using Elizabeth Arden Miracle oil for my body and loved it. So when I received this oil, I couldn't be any happier! The fresh scent of lavender and citrus in a coconut liquid with Chamomile, Calendula & Green Tea Extracts soothes, calms and nourishes your skin all day long! Many complain their body oil to be sticky but this one contains Sunflower seed oil which sinks into your skin without giving a greasy feeling! Epic Blend Vegan Chocolate Lip Balm Lip Balm that smells like chocolate? Yes, please! Also a Lip Balm free of beeswax? I think I found my match made in heaven. Those of you who faced irritation due to beeswax like me, this would be a perfect replacement for you. The lip balm made my lips soft and plump after a couple days of use! YOU+ME APRICOT AND COCONUT WAX CANDLES This company specializes in creating clean-burning candles and room sprays. These candles are made in small batches and hand poured in Vancouver, British Columbia and only uses premium wax made out of Apricot and Coconut. The wicks are also 100% cotton, unlike many other candles that will have lead wicks. The fragrance oils are cosmetic -grade which is free of phthalate. I received two of their products to try.
You + Me Vanilla Bourbon Candle The thing that helps me feel relaxed on a Saturday morning is a burning candle and some yoga. And this burning beauty is a great addition to my vast collection. The melting scent of vanilla with a hint of citrus is just so refreshing and relaxing. I also caught a whiff of musky aroma which grasped my attention. You + Me Lavender Room Spray As you guys already know, lavender is one of my best-loved flowers! And so when I received this Lavender Room Spray, I felt euphoric. I sprayed it on my blanket, sheets, pillows or sofa and they smell amazing! I actually had a stand-up advertisement for my friends who loved the light lavender and citrus scent. The scent is really mild and so I won't use it as an air freshener as the fragrance disappears immediately after spraying and I like my room sprays to be a little stronger. KASBAH OIL Ok, so I have heard of Kasbah before and have seen a couple of Instagrammers promoting this brand. The company is situated in New Westminster, British Columbia and claims to provide argan oil that is 100% pure and organic. If you don't know, Argan oil is extracted from nuts only from trees growing in Argan forest area of Southern Morocco. I came to know this interesting fact recently and so I was ecstatic to use this oil. Local Bloom sent me one of their products to try.
Kasbah Rose Essence Argan Oil This oil has a very strong and sweet smell of rose. The formula is pure argan oil which is rich in vitamin E, fatty acids and omega-3 that heals and moisturizes your skin along with rose essence to complement the argan base. Not only can you use it for your skin, but also your hair and nails. Want a homemade exfoliating scrub? drop some argan oil on some sugar and Walla! I love the smell of the oil. This company is based in Toronto, Ontario and produces everything from plant-based, septic friendly shampoos and conditioners, to natural butter, baby wash and deodorants. they claim to not use fillers but provide concentrated formulas that give out the best result.
