TEAPIGS: Addiction to Black Tea
Hello beauties ! Today I bring to you something that holds a big importance in my life. A cup of delicious goodness which keeps me refreshed and powered in my everyday life. Yes, I know you already know, I am talking about none other but my favourite: Tea!
One day I was scrolling through Facebook when I saw a post that said “Victoria Beckham’s favourite tea, now in Canada”! Now imagine, I am a girl who grew up watching soccer only because of David Beckham and started trying Estée Lauder products because of Victoria! So, when I got to know Teapigs are her favourite, I knew I had to try!
Even luckier, when I got the opportunity to choose some free sample of their famous tea to review! So I chose 3 of their famous black teas: ☕️Chocolate Flake Tea ☕️Darjeeling Early Grey Tea ☕️Chilli Chai Tea
The morning I made myself a cup of he chocolate flake tea, I could only smell warm chocolate the whole day. The warm tea tasted like a perfect black tea with a hint of coco. The flavour of coco and strength of the tea took my mood from sleepy to adventurous right after a couple of sips!
Oh! And I also read somewhere to try the tea with a chocolate biscuit and never have I been so happy to learn something off the internet! This was like a match made in heaven.
What’s in it?
Black tea from Assam, India, chocolate (sugar, cocoa, emulsifier soya lecithin), cocoa beans, natural flavouring
The second on that I tried was the Darjeeling Earl Grey Tea. This is one nice floral smelling tea I have tried in a while, and let me tell you the packet is almost done! It has a very mild citrus taste, perhaps from the bergamot and leaves you feeling fresh and awake with a couple of sips. Spoiler, this is my most favourite out of the three I got to try!

Last but not the least is the Chili Chai Tea. First question, do you love cardamum? And second, how much? If you are a cardamum lover, then trust me, this cha is probably customized for you. Each bag of tea has 3 to 4 cardamum pods inside which will not only spice up your tea but also scent your room. To be honest, I am not a big fan of Cardamum or Elachi as we call it. Also, we they say Chili chai, they actually mean it. The bag is also filled with chili flakes that spices up your tea to a next level.
What's in it?
Black tea, cinnamon pieces, ginger chunks, cardamom pods, cardamom seeds, clove buds, chili, vanilla pieces.
Verdict
All the three tea is unique in their own way having a distinct and fresh taste. The base tea for each is really good quality which enhances the additional flavors giving it a very exclusive taste. As spoilt before, my favourite will be the Darjeeling Earl Grey tea and I will be stocking my pantry soon!
