ACURE: The Cleansing Stick

Hey Babygirls! Today I bring to you something organic. Have you heard of Acure?

For those who don’t know, Acure Organics is an skincare brand that steers people away from use of toxic chemicals. Their products are made with ingredients that are food and plant based and are free of parabans, sulphate, phthalates, petrochemicals or animal by-products.

So when I received their Incredibly Clear Cleansing Stick to try, I was extremely excited.

First of all, the cost of this Cleansing Stick is only $12.99 which makes it really affordable. The product comes as a deodorant stick which makes it quite easy to apply over the face. Wet your face and move the stick on circular motion all around to create lather. It does not lather a lot unlike many cleansers but it is still the right amount. Rinse your face thoroughly and then dry with a towel. You will smell a light peppermintish smell once you are done.

Now, time for the verdict.

- I really liked the idea of having a chemical free cleansing product

- The price is quite attractive!

- I would have liked it more if it created more lather

- I also did not like the smell much either because it smell like old oil

- Additionally, I am not sure if it helps with breakouts

- People with sensitive skin might want to be careful because it contains oil which might clog pores.

- It is not good for removing makeup
